Prices for all products on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD$) or United States Dollars (USD$), when in the relevant store for that country, and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Please ensure that your item is the correct size and/or specification before ordering as no refunds will be given. If you are unsure about a product please contact us.
We recommend "re-gifting" all unwanted items to friends, family members, or the boss that you left hanging to go surf. However, if you insist on returning your item and it is in new condition with receipt/invoice and is within 30 days of purchase date then you're in luck. Before you ship your item back to us, you must email email@example.com and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number and WRITE the RA number on the outside of the ORIGINAL box containing the items to be returned. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs to send items back to us and we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items in transit. We strongly advise you to get a tracking number and shipping insurance through your carrier of choice. We ARE NOT responsible for damages or if it is lost, it is up to you to package it properly. This is a big one so we are reminding you again.
If you would like to return/exchange a surfboard it must be in NEW condition, you can not take it for a test drive, you can not wax it up then change your mind, you can not put your favorite art job on it, nor can you put a traction pad on it and then return/exchange it.
We currently only ship to Australia and the United States. For orders to Japan, please contact Unit9 Distribution (details can be found on the contact us page) and for all other international orders please contact us directly. Clothing & accessory items are sent by Australia Post (registered post) or United States Postal Service (registered mail) depending on your country. All surfboards are sent by courier and will be charged at a different rate.
Additional items must be of the same category (clothing and accessories) or board type (shortboards, specialiality boards, longboards, SUP boards, or big wave boards) to receive the 50% postage discount. If for any reason we cannot fill your order we will contact you within 5 working days. Note: It may take up to 15 days to receive your order depending on your location.
In the off chance your surfboard is delivered with damages please adhere to these steps. Email firstname.lastname@example.org right away describing your damages with pictures attached to verify the extent of the damage. Do not surf the board before contacting us if you find any damages, as we will not be able to know if the damage were incurred during shipping or the if it happened during your first surf session. After emailing us with pictures of the damage our team will review the situation and establish a solution.
All credit card transactions are encrypted using 128 bit SSL encryption to ensure a safe buying experience.
